Thanks Steve

The C$ has drop below par, Economists are predicting that it will stay around or just above par for 2008. Anyway, Memorial University offers a M.Ed in Information Technology; 5 courses plus a thesis for about C$6K; still a great deal.

Wow, that's very true. I suppose my take on this has been coloured from looking for distance doctoral programs in education, basically at the University of Calgary and at Athabasca, both of which are prohibitively expensive.

University of North Carolina System

The University of North Carolina System has consolidated a directory of online programs and courses at their sixteen schools.

Programs being planned include a Master of Arts in English from East Carolina State U and a grad certificate in Mass Communication from UNC Chapel Hill.

In-state tuition is very reasonable for those eligible.

The University of Georgia System has consolidated their online program and course offerings on a single searchable web page.

58 of these programs offer an "electronic rate" allowing in-state tuition for out-of-state students.
