Trinity's new face....

...or, is it FARCE?

Trinity Seminary's (Indiana) academic advisor Anthony T. has announced a "changing of the guard." No longer will The University of Liverpool "accredit" the Trinity degrees. Rather, Canterbury Christ Church, University College will "serve as Trinity's global accreditation" , and therefore this is not just a "sticker", understand, the student pays $225 extra for, as the said "accreditor" "reviews each lesson"(ho,ho) of the student's program! One wonders if Anthony's face turns red as he (with fingers crossed behind back ??) keys in these grandoise claims. As PT Barnum (? wasn't it? or WC fields?) use to say, there's a sucker born each minute! Glad to see Trinity has changed its ways/claims

...a former Trinity student,

...a former Trinity student,
On the surface of it..............rather bizarre. Maybe U of Liverpool got tired of answering all of those questions.

Can't find it

Bill:

Where did you read this announcement? I looked, but I did not see any changes on the Trinity website. I did find mention of CCC under affiliations but Liverpool was still listed too. Only Liverpool is mentioned (just barely) on the accreditation page.

NB

I did find mention of Trinity on the CCC website under "News and Events." After July 1 all accreditation arrangements have been transfered to CCC. Those Trinity students who have the LIverpool thing can keep it or transfer to CCC. CCC has a true theology faculty (the reason given for the change.) They (CCC) DO have some interesting theology programs but I don't know if they can be done DL.

Hi Craig

Go to the TDelta Forum. To get there get on the Trinity main page. then go to "monthly spotlite" then to questions. then to academic. then to "accreditation" very sorry for this around the midway approach. I will try again to get the page and get back to you if i can,

I'm stupid!

Craig

I'm sorry, cannot figure out the formula to the site. Again, Trinity maintains a forum. To get to it go to main page, then to spotlight,,then to tdelta forum, then to messages, then click on academic office. Here Anthony made that announcement to a student inquiry! Sorry !

Hey Craig

Craig,

I followed with great interest the past discussion r.e. your ThD at Louisiana Baptist Theological Seminary. Have you had any success utilizing it in your denomination, or in teaching with the Baptist Bible Fellowship, or was it mostly for personal enjoyment?

Dave

His face may turn red with laughter all the way to the bank.
