Breyer State University

I have read numerious posts about Kennedy-Western getting "run out of Idaho." Yet this is the same state that Breyer State University has operated in for several years. I have a hard time believing that anyone is ever run out of Idaho after looking at this operation... http://www.breyerstate.com Can any of you shed some light on why this is happening??

Regards,

Dick

Purely speculation, but I'm inclined to think that;

1) Breyer State is much more low-key than K-W, and therefore doesn't bring attention to itself.

2) Breyer State simply ignores the school licensing laws.

I notice that the web sites for both this outfit and Canyon College both specify that they do not accept Idaho residents as students.

And thus the Idaho Attorney General won't get any complaints from Idaho residents.

Most investigations are complaint-driven, and most AGs respond to complaints from their constituents a heck of a lot faster than they respond to out-of-staters (if they respond at all).
